Noble Samurai, the company behind Market Samurai, has now entered into an agreement with Authority Labs, providers of data to tools like Raven Tools, to provide rank tracking data. This could prove to be a viable solution for the problem users of the Rank Tracking module have been facing.

It seems Authority labs will be providing the data for free for light usage and will be providing a paid service for heavy users.
